The Residenza Zanardelli is an intimate family run property sited in a palazzo whose style of architecture, "Barocchetto Romano", is considered to be one of the most characteristic of the late 19th century in Rome. The Residenza is located in the historical center of Rome, a few steps from the famous Piazza Navona. Many other well-know sites and monuments, including St. Peter's Basilica, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps, are within walking distance. A perfect choice for tourist as well as for business travellers.

The Residenza Zanardelli is a fully air-conditioned and non-smoking property.
