The Residenza Ki is a Town House located in the historical center of Rome. The Residenza is extremely quiet, even though it lies right in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by attractions and monuments that symbolize the exceptional artistic beauty of the Eternal City. Situated in a charming street between Piazza Barberini and Trevi Fountain, only two minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, the location is ideal for sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums, and walking around this wonderful city. Our property features a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, where guests will immediately feel at home and can experience the best in Italian hospitality.

You will find the staff at Residenza Ki professional and courteous. They will be constantly at your disposal and with their excellent knowledge of Rome and the surrounding area, they will be able to advise you on the best places to eat, what attractions to visit and how best to get around the city. In order to make your stay in Rome and at the Residenza that little bit more comfortable, we can organize an affordable transfer service to and from Rome's main airports. Other services that we provide for our guests include a laundry service, booking guided tours, plane/train ticket reservations and car/scooter rentals. Also there is parking available close to Residenza Ki which is available at an extra charge and on request only. (35 Euro per day). Buffet breakfast included. Small pets are welcome.
