The owners and the helpfull staff will give you the best assistance during your stay in Rome. At the reception you can: reserve excursions, city-tours, check your E-mail box, send or receive a fax, you can book your shuttle service from/to the airports (45 Euro up to 4 people) or buy international phone cards.
